Richard Lee
Trained as a lawyer, Richard is a strategy and corporate development executive who has led significant initiatives in corporate strategy, M&A, investments, and partnerships. His 25+ years of experience spans legal, technology, consumer electronics, and media and entertainment.
Richard holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Jin Won Shon
Jin is a finance veteran with over 18 years of experience in special investment restructuring, forensic accounting, and executive financial management across multiple industries globally. He has led financial strategy, conducted comprehensive investigations, and managed large scale capital investments in private equity.
Jin holds a BCom in Accounting from York University.

Frances Chan
Frances combines her expertise in marketing, operations, business transformation, and finance to simplify the complex. She previously worked at J.P. Morgan and Quadreal Property Group.
Frances holds a B.A. in Economics cum laude from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
